So last night in the middle of the night there were "sniper" shootings on I-64 between Waynesboro and Charlottesville. Needless to say, the retired old folks working out with me at the Y were very shocked and disturbed by this. don't let ben hear you say that. ben's fatherly advice to me whenever i leave richmond, "be careful and drive the speed limit!" i've gotten a few tickets on my way to richmond in the past. but i've never gotten to use the excuse "i was outrunning the sniper" before.

i got in trouble at work earlier when i told old ladies that obviously this was not the work of a real "sniper". i'm always getting in trouble.

old people really get worked up over this stuff. you'd think they really wouldn't care about danger seeing as they are so close to dying in some boring way like old age. i say, if you are old, you have nothing to lose! Go hunt that sniper down and bring him to justice!

i agree...i hope i do all kinds of dangerous things when i'm old.
such as: run a marathon in high heels, go streaking in high heels, hold up a high-end shoe store in high heels whilst streaking.
