I have no idea re: The Hunger Games. I'm still (im)patiently waiting for the third book from my library so I'm deathly afraid of spoilers and am staying away from everything related to it.

I was almost going to go look for fic, just to see what kind of fandom it had, but I had the same reaction! NO SPOILERS OR I'LL HURT YOU, FANDOM.

(Though, I did have to skim Wikipedia SUPER FAST to see who did/didn't make it out alive without spoiling myself for plot things. That was tricky.)

I got spoiled for the end of the first book because I read the first sentence of the summary for the third. And that was before I even started reading it. It didn't ruin the book for me at all, I love it something fierce, but since then I've been vigilant about keeping my distance.

I'm very glad I looked ahead because I think I wouldn't have been able to stand it otherwise. I'd have been too on the edge of my seat to wonder about everyone and I would have wound up spoiling even more for myself if I hadn't. (Though, I'm not sure what I'm going to do about books two and three if there are new characters introduced. D: )

And I'm like. WHAAAAAT? HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE IT? IT IS THE MOST AMAZING THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. HE LOOKS LIKE HE STUCK A FORK IN A LIGHTSOCKET, HOW IS THAT NOT AMAZING?

I seriously want to be there one morning when he has to style it as he's just waking up.

I just. Want to ~*touch*~ it and see if it's really as spikey as it looks, if it'd spring right back up if I patted it down.

Also, it's giving me flashbacks to Justin Chatwin's hair in Dragonball Evolution. Which just makes me love it more.

There's a fandom for THG but it's small. I won't say anything further because I've already read all three books.

I don't think I could take another huge fandom, but something that had at least a hundred readable fics would be just about the right size. (I kind of fear I'm going to tear through all three books in three days. orz)

Oh, I'm glad to hear that then! Looking at FFNET, it seems like there's over 3,000 fics for it, which means there should HOPEFULLY be about 300 worth reading. I can deal with that!

Just for the record, I still hate you so much because I looked at that YJ cap and my mind immediately saw Damian instead of Dick. Hate you.

(My mind also had half a second of "wait, Jimmy Olsen?" too so it's possible that it's just me.)

If it makes you feel better, I was looking at responses to YJ:TAS the other day and had a moment of "Wait, what?" when someone referred to him as Dick, because I'd so cemented the idea of Damian i my mind.

Seriously. It's totally Damian. I refuse to believe otherwise, I don't care what they say, shut up!
