On a rather mundane note, I finally got the crown for one of my teeth. Shouldn't be a big deal, except since it is such a financial commitment for me, it usually takes more than a few months to get one. Jacksonville celebrates Pride this weekend and although those in charge have not figured out a way to move the event at some cooler time of the year (such as the last weekend in June, perhaps?)....still, it's a miracle that the city has a Gay Pride festival and parade at all ( Read more... )
