i am supose to be studying Anatomy right now, but im not i am laying on my floor crying and turning back to old habbits. I have no one who i am as close to anymore to call like i did before to stop me from doing this. i have friends and i have people who care about me but it just seems that its not worth the effort anymore. oh well just had to let

i'm not going to say anything except that it's not just an old habit, it's a bad habit, and you should think about maybe going to a support group or something for help. but you're not going to stop unless you really want to, regardless of who else is there for you or not.
