Okay, so Neva suggested I could, "add a note and/or a sticky post explaining that when you say 'Torchwood,' you're only referring to everything pre-CoE, and will otherwise use subtitles where applicable," to my journal. I thought maybe it's time I make a "My Favorite Fandoms" list for my profile/a sticky post. I have two

My only alternative suggestion would be something like this:

Doctor Who (primarily Classic)
Torchwood (excluding Children of Earth and The New World)

Thanks, but I don't feel like separating Doctor Who and Torchwood like that when Torchwood is a spin-off series from Doctor Who. I mean "Torchwood" is an anagram of "Doctor Who," and Torchwood as an organization was establish by Queen Victoria to protect her empire from among other things the Doctor. I could, however, add the words "the spin-off series" before Torchwood. I mean part of the reason I said "primarily the Classic Doctor Who series" was distinguishing it from the spin-off series as well as the reboot. I've seen some of The Sarah Jane Adventures and I'd like to get to see some of the K-9 series sometime. I'm not dismissing NuWho or the other spin-off series. I'm just saying my primary interests are Classic Who and Classic Torchwood.

Cool! I didn't even mention the books, audios and comics which I could have. I've got some of each of those. I'm into a lot of Doctor Who fandom. It's just that I think of Doctor Who and Torchwood as Doctor Who/Torchwood much like I think of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel as simply Buffy/Angel. My Opinion Quick Guide for Buffy/Angel is labeled Buffy/Angel. I've see the original Buffy movie, but I have to admit that I haven't read any of the books or comics. There are Torchwood characters in my Doctor Who Quick Guide. I'm just doing a Torchwood Quick Guide in addition to the Doctor Who Guide--not separate from it.
