I've started out the new year with a new attitude about my health - and it feels good.
I'm working on cutting out the processed foods - and cooking meals with REAL inredients - not from a package. I got a new healthy cookbook this week and I've picked three new recipes to try.

I've cut way back on processed foods and I do feel better. My incentive is that I don't want Justin to be eating that junk at home. I know he'll get it at school and the grandparents, but I can limit what he gets at home.
