I've started out the new year with a new attitude about my health - and it feels good.

I'm working on cutting out the processed foods - and cooking meals with REAL inredients - not from a package.  I got a new healthy cookbook this week and I've picked three new recipes to try.

X - that is me crossing fingers that they turn out okay!

Also- I've lost 4.6 lbs this week.  Yay!
