working in a call center can be very interesting, not to mention hilarious, when you come across or experience bloopers that are either just really funny, or really stupid, or both.

i have a friend na HR sa call center and he handles the initial interview. eto yung itinawag nya sa amin kasi di nya kayang bumalik sa office nya to face the applicant.
HR: "were you referred by anyone on this company? or did you walk-in?"
APPLICANT: "yes i was referred by (insertnamehere). i didnt walk-in, i commuted!"
*long silence and my hr friend is pretending to be busy reading the resume, then looked at the cellphone, then said excuse me for just a sec.. then lumabas, tinawagan kami, at nagluha na raw kakatawa*
in fairness at least nagingles. LOL
