call center blooper
working in a call center can be very interesting, not to mention hilarious, when you come across or experience bloopers that are either just really funny, or really stupid, or both.
here's a sample documentation blooper i found just a while ago for the account i handle - a DSL provider:
MEMBER: xxxxxxxxxxx
ISSUE: member infected by virus (herpes maybe?)
