The FDA isn't banning sunscreen with an spf over 30.

FDA is proposing a regulation that would require sunscreen products that have SPF values higher than 50 to be labeled as “SPF 50+.”

I too appreciate this community - I've never seen anyone be rude or mean about any kind of beauty question, from the very simple to the very personal.

I have plenty of small tips and tricks (and I'll say I agree with your eyebrow tip!) but mainly I think I want people to remember the beauty isn't just physical. How you look can't compare with how you feel, and if something isn't right there, that deserves just as much attention as your nails or skin. You are always worth time and energy even if you don't feel that way.

As for everything else, well...drink a lot of water, wash you face, get some sleep and don't be afraid to experiment sometimes :) Hair, skin and nails are always being replaced so if something goes wrong, it won't be forever!

I'll tack on my can't live without products too:
- YSL touche eclat concealer
- clinique black honey
- tarte true blood lip stain
- diorshow mascara
- smashbox o-glow reactive cheek tint
- kiehl's tinited moisturizer
- a good face masque (kiehl's rare earth pore minimizing masque rocks!)

apparently I'm outdated too, lol! A couple months ago I read an update, but now it's been changed to ban SPF over 50. I'm gonna go back and change it and link the source.

Here are my beauty secrets:

I swear by UDPP for long lasting makeup. I also dye my eyebrows dark with men's hair dye to match my hair color. I sometimes use MAC's cream liner in Dipdown to tint my eyebrows permanently, it works just as well.

Just to add on the egg yolk thing: I tried this and that's how I found out I was extremely allergic to eggs. My mom thought I was allergic to milk because I'd have reactions to margarine, ice cream (specifically Haagen Dasz, Ben and Jerry's, etc), some vaccinations, and so on.

For body and weight control, cutting out processed foods helped. It's amazing how much sugar and additives go into food. I mostly eat raw, but that's only because I love raw fruit and vegetables. My favorite cooked dish has to be cauliflower and cheese, because when baked, it tastes remarkably like potato.

Wow, I gotta try MAC's cream liner for brows!

And wow @ the egg thing. Sorry that happened! So does it turn out that you are allergic to eggs instead of dairy products?

Yep! That's how I found out I was allergic to eggs.

Tinting my brows works very well with the MAC cream liner. It initially seems too dark and messy but if you dab it with toilet paper, it lightens up and looks perfectly natural.

Apple Cider Vinegar is good for way more than just hair! My favorite use is as a toner, it kills all of the zit-causing bacteria on your face. Smells like total ass though. Oh well ( ... )

You can mix it up into a paste and brush with it (it won't taste that great though) or you can dip your toothbrush with toothpaste into baking soda and swish with hydrogen peroxide like you would with mouthwash. Here is a more detailed step by step:
