Apple Cider Vinegar is good for way more than just hair! My favorite use is as a toner, it kills all of the zit-causing bacteria on your face. Smells like total ass though. Oh well.

There's really no reason to ever buy tinted moisturizer if you own liquid foundation and moisturizer. Just mix a bit of the two together on the back of your hand, and apply it all over your face. Voila. If neither of those products have sunscreen, mix some sunscreen in there too. If you're acne prone, add some tea tree oil or zit cream mixed in too. Bam, 20 products in one.

The only things you need for teeth whitening: hydrogen peroxide and baking soda.

The more sleep you get, the more water you drink, the more healthy food you digest, the better your skin/hair/nails will look. No matter how many skin/hair/nails pills you take (although those are helpful) you will counteract their effect by not sleeping enough, getting drunk a lot and not rehydrating, smoking cigarettes, and eating crap food. You are what you eat/do and your appearance will reflect that.

Argan oil is really good for hair. Like, it's not even a "snake oil" fad. It's legit really amazing on your hair. Better than jojoba oil IMO. It smoothes everything out without leaving an oily residue, makes it look healthy and shiny and it's just so awesome.

You can mix it up into a paste and brush with it (it won't taste that great though) or you can dip your toothbrush with toothpaste into baking soda and swish with hydrogen peroxide like you would with mouthwash. Here is a more detailed step by step:

You probably mix it together as a paste and brush your teeth with it.
