It looks lovely :) Gah your lots all look so clean and nicely decorated and such. I've played the apartment building you made a little bit (though only a little, I've yet to decorate everyone's apartment even. Plus still busy setting everyone's family relations correctly) and it really is lovely (plus the sims I moved in enjoy the public things to do).
Anyway, this isn't about the apartment this is about this lot. To which I can only, again, say that it looks great. Oh and I'm nabbing the disco lights about skating rink idea ;)
Hahaha, they do all flock to the card table almost immediately. I hadn't played for 5 minutes to find Thorn, Rowan and Jade playing a mean game of cards with one of the npc neighbours (in their bathing suits cause they'd gotten out of the pool moments before).
This is a great idea! And it looks really lovely too. It has a lot of stuff, but it all fits together nicely. And yes, I hate having to switch lots to do so many different things, so thanks for this, it's really beautiful!
My old computer use to take forever and a day to load lots, so I got in the habit of never going to them, or making all-in-ones. It is a bit of a strange combo (my building style is just randomly add stuff until it works out - I never plan, perhaps I should?) but I think it works out ok!
Thanks! It's funny, that lot only took about an hour and a bit to build, but it was the getting everything to work/playtesting that took forever and a day. I wish there was a quicker way! (I'm a poet and didn't know it)
Oh no! Wish you had BV, it's a pretty fun EP. Maxis was a little silly not to make houses all game compatible, I doubt I used any (if at all!) very important BV stuff in that lot anyway.
Oooh! *spasms* I love this lot so very much, especially that restaurant! I can see I will abuse it much for proposals, it looks so romantic and beautiful at night.

Lol, in the apartments I'm wondering if adding that card-table was the brightest idea.
