Rosewood Village Center
Tired of sending your sims to the same old maxis lots? Wishing you didn't have to keep changing lots everytime your sims wanted to go from skating, to dinner and dancing? Then Rosewood Village Center is for you!
The heart of the Rosewood Village community lot is its Rollerblading rink, complete with coffee area, seating and snacks for when all that skating wears you out!
The blading building also has an upstairs dancefloor for both teens and adults alike, to continue partying into the night.
Outside there is a fully functional alfresco resturant, for when your sims want to relax and unwind in a more sophisticated atmosphere. It's the perfect place to surprise a sims with a proposal!
Whilst the adults are at lunch, kids are welcome to play on the extensive playground equiptment and basketball court.
Elder sims supervising the kids, or those just looking for some peace and quiet will enjoy looking on from the luscious manicured gardens and chess area.
Rosewood Village Center is fully playtested and requires all EP packs (no stuff pack matererial used). It includes the following CC:
