McGoohan we got when she was a kitten. One of Hannah's friend's cats had given birth, we had talked about wanting to get a cat and when we found out, we put in a request to pick one out. I got the jist of the entry a few days ago (maybe a week, I don't remember) and it's just been sitting in a Firefox window open and me knowing I have to read it because it's something really important and me not wanting to read it because I love my kitties in the same way you guys love yours ( ... )

I was talking to some friends tonight and told them about Magoo's name and they thought it was awesome. They are also cat people and we chatted about how awesome it is to have them.

Oh, man. I am so sorry. What a sweet cat. When my cat, Mishka, died suddenly a month after I moved to Austin, I totally lost it. It really felt like some fucking message telling me that I'd made a mistake moving across the country. He was 19 but sweet as hell and perfectly perky until about 2 days before he died.

Losing a good cat is the worst.
