Me too, I would actually die of embarrassment if it was a man. That said, my lady GP makes me want to murder things, so XX chromosomes aren't an instant qualifictation either...

Aunt Irma can fuck off.

I haven't had any gynae appointments, given as how I don't need them, but I'd go to my male family GP, but I trust him and know what he's like. I *do not* like the woman that came in to the practice to take up the semi-retirement slack. She's catty and stupid.

I hope with all my heart that you're fertile, honey. It sucks that you might not be. *hugs*

Yeah good boy!doctor is better than bad woman!doctor. That said, I am really keeping my fingers crossed for a nice woman!gynae cos.... >.<

I shall cross my fingers for a girl-nacologist for you, because when I had pictures of my bruises I foolishly said I didn't mind the man doing it.

Nothing, I repeat, nothing, is more awkward than stripping to the waist infront of a very nice 20 something when you've got the self confidence of a small frog.
