today eddy was intently sniffing his way across the front lawn at work until he stopped near the gopher holes that have recently popped up.  out of the corner of my eye i saw something pop out of one of the holes.  i thought i was imaging things so i kept watching the hole and, lo and behold, a gopher popped his little head out.  eddy kept sniffing

Well that's really a happy ending. My dog barked to get inside today and my other dog had a baby dove dead in her mouth. The same dove we had to put back in its nest yesterday because it fell out. It was so close to being able to fly well. So sad.
