Wikipedia has a list of unusual deaths. Rather amusing, really. This place is rather weird, and makes about zero sense... huh.

Guess what? I'm reading Antigone right now. She was one heckuva girl- ( Read more... )

*waves* HELLO.

I never know how to start new blogs, either, and I've done quite a few of them,

BOOKMOOCH ♥ I was all set to create an account and participate and everything, you know. Then I realized that I don't actually have many books with me here, and not enough of the ones I'm willing to let go of.

The news about PTerry made me sad for weeks; I can't imagine what it must be like for him, with all his genius. GOOD OMENS FTW.

Post post post! :D

<3 *adores Rei* I actually do have an account on BookMooch- the only problem is that while there are a few books I might be willing to give away, they're all family books in what passes as our library (I swear it looks like one, really) and therefore I'd have to get my mom to let me... and then she'd probably be all 'well then you have to get good books we all want in return. And I would go DDDDDD: MY BOOKS!

GOOD OMENS RULES MY (FANTASY LITERATURE) WORLD! I never thought I'd find something I would read even more willingly than I read LotR, but Discworld and Good Omens would be it. Insanely amazing.

Heee, I love my Discworld icons! *pets* Sadly I can't remember where I got them now, probably at discworld.

I KNOW RIGHT? Good Omens is something I read every year, usually around Christmas (though lately I also like watching Hogfather), and I'm a total Aziraphale and Crowley fan. In Discworld, the Watch books are my favorite, though I've read very nearly all of them.

Sadly, my mother is totally anti-fantasy, so most Pratchett reading has to be done quietly or she'll be like 'weelllllll... I don't think you should -really- be reading that... it might have witchcraft in it!'

So I've only read Good Omens, Feet of Clay, Interesting Times, and The Wyrd Sisters. Feet of Clay has to be my favorite of the three Discworlds I've read so far- I want to find and read all the rest of the Watch books now. *eyes Mom*

I'm beginning to think that ALL of your icons are made of win. Really.
