Lovely, lovely, lovely. I adored each part, and especially these lines:

"One, they're both hot," Tony offered. "Two, they're always wrestling and fighting and they're both hot. Three, they share a bed. Also, hotness." (Never change, Tony!)

and

Of course Clint knew everything. Pepper was willing to bet, hands and money on the table, that Clint was the one person Natasha never had to lie to - that he held her truth when she was being Natalie or Nancy or Black Widow, and helped her put Natasha back on when she was done. (Awww!)

I'm a big fan of different POVs on C/N and this was great--not only different POVs but we got to see them at different times too. Loved it.

Oh, this was wonderful! I am an absolute sucker for fics where Pepper and Natasha work things out, and this one was marvelous. Every single point of view offered something new to behold and each was told with such a strong voice. I particularly loved the intelligence of Thor, as that's not something you see much in the fandom. Coulson's section was also particularly wonderful. **bookmarks this for multiple rereads**

Somehow I missed this comment when I went a-replyin', so my apologies for the late response! The Pepper part was something I really needed to say, and I didn't know it until I started writing. Her relationship with Natasha fascinates me, so much so that is like to make that part its own story some day. The Thor being smart is just... It makes sense, but I'm so happy to see people respond to him- his voice is tricky. And Coulson, well. Who here wouldn't try to mess with him? He seems so normal, and works for SHIELD. There's something there that we never saw.

Thank you for reading and sorry again for missing you.

Oh my god, mystery author, this is amazing. I love five things fic, I love what you did with the prompt, and I love the characters you chose for the outsider perspectives. I'm going to quote some stuff back at you because I just love it so much.

Maria had been leading orientations and training after being injured on a mission; it was a three-month desk rotation that made her vaguely homicidal when Barton slunk in to her classroom on his first day, five minutes late and looking like hell, his uniform shedding threads where he had removed the sleeves.

MARIA. CLINT. FEELINGS. And he sings in the shower, oh, perfect.

Still, he wasn't close to anyone. He was cool and professional when he needed (or wanted) to be, he still took to bedding whichever agent took his fancy, gender be damned, but overall, Clint Barton was a loner, an outlier. Maria worried, at times, that he was liable to defect, if he didn't bond to someone sooner or later.ls;fjl;kadsjf perfect bit of characterization, because Clint IS such a loner, and so is Natasha, and I ( ... )

(continued from above)

And yet she loved him, and he loved her, and something in that allowed her to understand the push-pull of Thor and Loki, the ways in which Bruce and Steve could be good friends, and time she'd gotten a little tipsy with Maria Hill and had that chat about what Fury had "under his eyepatch" hadn't even been surprising.

You have somehow found a way to include, like, almost all of my favorite relationships in this fic, even if they're just passing mentions, and you've done it seamlessly. This is just my ideal fic, okay, I'm just so thrilled.

But past that, Natasha was quieter, her humor a little more reserved, her gestures of friendship less overt. And that had thrown Pepper for a really, really long time.

I love this. I love that you get that Clint and Natasha--at least the way I read them--are introverts at heart, but very adaptable ones. I am just such a fan of this story, wow.

"I will always like sushi. And driving fast cars. Those things were true."Perfect. And PEPPER AND NATASHA ARE FRIENDS, I'M REJOICING ( ... )

Okay, I cannot tell you how many times in the past few weeks I've come and read your comment(s). They're awesome, and so are you!

I'm so, so very pleased that you enjoyed this, because I had a kicking good time writing it (when I wasn't whining about it being ~~haaard~~) and it gave me a lot to play with.

I'm so chuffed you loved Thor, because he's the hardest voice for me to grab, but I love smart!Thor and I don't get where the fanon of him being brick-brained comes from.

Also, consider Bucky a Christmas bonus - I thought about that prompt a lot, but since I'm already writing something in that vein, I felt like it would be a little bit of cheating.

Anyway, I hope your holiday was happy, and I'm so overjoyed that you liked this!

Is it silly to say how excited I was to find out you wrote this? I'm usually terrible about commenting, but I think I've recced your high school theatre AU to everyone I know, and I read your Yuletide fic the other day and immediately bookmarked it, because so few people write that OT3 at all, let alone get it right!

So basically, thank you again, so, so much, for writing this for me, and for being such a fantastic writer in general.

Well, I wouldn't call it silly, but you made me blush? It's always really awesome to hear that people like my writing.

And, true story: I stalked your journal to see if you'd said anything after this posted (and you DID!) and saw the Annie/Troy/Abed request and I was like "...if she doesn't find it before reveals I WILL POINT HER AT IT THEN!" They're a fun trio to write, I think there might be more for them and me in the future. Someday. Maybe October 19?

Thank you for all the kind words. :)

What Hermionerd said. All of it, including the quotes. (Smart Thor! Yay!) Oh, and we need to e-mail 0 to Joss Whedon, for inspiration. Just a suggestion. ;-)

Thank you very much!

...if you get Whedon's email, let me know. I have some other things I'd like to share. Like my phone number.
