OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD.
Amazing news this evening. Bin Laden is dead, US government has his body, and no Americans were harmed.
It feels incredible.
Thank you President Obama and US Military!!!
ETA: A son of bin Laden's was also killed! -

I RAN WITH DEAN THIS MORNING!!!!
Dean Karnazes is an ultra runner. He has run (and won!) Badwater, which is 135 miles in Death Valley in July. He has run a marathon to the south pole in -40 degrees Fahrenheit. Question about LJ
Does LJ have an option so that you can get an email when someone comments on a post you have commented on? I would especially like this option for communities. I already get an email if someone replies to a comment that I made (I think), but if I, say, answer a question on someone's post, I'd be interested in seeing what other people answer as well ( Read more... ) -

Marathon Training, Week -3
I am 2 weeks out from starting my "official" marathon training plan, but I extended it in both directions, so here we are at Week Negative 3 (this past week).
