I've been thinking lately that I might start selling off a lot of my TF collection. Much of it is in storage either here in the apartment or in Janet's parent's basement in storage. Just saw a new trailer for the new Elizabeth film with Cate Blanchett. It was weird, from now one any time I see anything having to deal with the Queen Elizabeth, I always get the mental image from Blackadder's version of the Queen. Especially the shrill, high pitched voice ( Read more... )

I have a nickname at work. One of the support managers, Mac, calls me JBL a lot. I get the BL, Brandon Lajoie, but no clue on J. If anything I guess this might show I thought well of by at least one of my bosses(although I gather that they all like me).

Was messing around with a couple of my TF Classic figures and my camera and I just really liked how this one came out.

I've been thinking lately, about how little I'm caring for my current job. Just doing stocking everynight at Wal-mart feels like I've taken a step back from the work that I've done up to this point. It feels mundane, and that really,I don't matter too much, I'm just a peon. I really can't see myself sticking around there for much longer. it sucks ( Read more... )

So I'm working again now. Been working overnights at Wal-Mart doing remodel work on the store. Sounds like they are going to keep me on after the remodel is finished next week. Probably still going to stay on nights. It's not exactly what I want to be doing with a degree, but it's a pay check. Basically now my week entails working 10pm-7am then ( Read more... )

Still haven't found a job yet. Found out I fucked up when applying at Stop and Shop and because it's automated, I have to wait till next month to do it over. Had my job interview last week with Gamestop, dunno how that's going to go. I really know nothing about doing any type of retail, so I dunno how well I'd do at it.
