I might just be getting the hang of Facebook, or maybe not, but I am gradually connecting with all kinds of old friends. I've found friends I went to AC with, and found even more by looking through their friends. Just this weekend I connected with a couple of my old room mates. I just make a list on a Word document. I've joined several book places online, but it was just too much work. I make the list on my computer and post it on LJ annually.

Art Garfunkel has kept a list of his books read for the last 30 years! I wish I had done that all my life.

That's exactly it - I wish I had thought to keep a list of all the books I've ever read. That would be so cool. I think I will have to suggest that to my son. He's only 15, so he's only missed ten years of his reading life.

It's never too late to start, though. This is the first year of my 30 year list! After that I guess I can decide if I want to do it anymore.

Also, I do NOT have the hang of Facebook. I add applications. I don't know what they do. I forget to look at my messages. I'm a terrible Facebook friend!

I basically have Facebook for Scrabulous. If you ever want a game, let me know!

Sometimes I get emails telling me someone left me a message or did something to me or for me in Facebook. Sometimes I don't. If I'm not notified, I don't remember to go check. I have a whole list of invitations and stuff there that I missed at the time. Now I don't know if I'm supposed to go back and do them or just ignore them.

I'd love to play Scrabulous with you.

I found some old friends from 30 years ago on facebook. It felt kind of weird, because as much as you know better, you expect them to look like young girls!

I don't read very fast, but it would still be interesting to keep track. There was one application on facebook, but it had too much advertising--I'm going to check out the one you found.
