On the train wide home last night, I started writing the origin story for MISTAKEN. It's good to write it down because it makes you ask wuestions you might have overlooked. I was going to post that story today, but was busy training the new team member

Indeed! I have written 13 pages since that eureka moment. I wished I could have skipped work today and hung out at Dylan's Diner writing.

I killed a character with broccoli yesterday. That was fun. More fun was the line, "You killed me with broccoli."

Either way, it does sound cool to say that, you are most correct. I have a WIP I stalled out with because I wasn't sure what happens next, and I still don't know. Like you, I don't believe in writer's block. I just don't know enough about the scene and the characters yet (other than the main female is awesome, and cosplayed Malcom Reynolds at a convention). Still waiting for that Eureka moment. My muse must be on vacation. ;)

Hope the writing still flowing like rivers of chocolate and iced tea.

No, not actually with broccoli. He's having a dream. When he wakes up, though, he finds out the person he was dreaming about killed himself. He gets upset, scares his wife, she takes the kids out for ice cream and they get in a car accident and all die.
