On the train wide home last night, I started writing the origin story for MISTAKEN. It's good to write it down because it makes you ask wuestions you might have overlooked. I was going to post that story today, but was busy training the new team member.
On my way across North Station to the train home, I was thinking of that origin, the larger prominence of Adam and Eve that had not existed until I wrote it down (see? Important!), I started going through a converstaion my main character has with Eve when the full story is revealed. The ending is not some action scene or some lame suicide. It's a choice.
I had contemplated having Ken turn himself in for the murders he commits, but WHY? I had no why. Why would a person who is damned to hell for all eternity choose to atone for his sins?
And that's when the light turned on. The answer to that question is not only the end of the story, it's the entire thesis!
LET THE WRITTING RESUME!!!
