That was very romantic! I'm happy for them. It was a great ending. I hope someday their parents will accept them. At least they moved on and made the best of it. It's the parent's loss.

I agree, it's their parents' loss. I think they have considerable tension for years to come and I really don't know if it ever resolves completely. I sense not, though, as I think about how it would go.

But they do move on and build a huge "family of choice". So they are well-loved and supported.

Just read the epilogue, and this! Beautiful, hon, just beautiful! I'm so glad you finished it, not that the last chapter didn't end in a very lovely place, it did, but still it's good to see them settled and happy. And engaged!! Squee! Thanks so much for posting this!

I so loved your story. I didn't know you were writing more from the guys..It was beautiful...the proposal...they have such love for one another..you are a wonderful writer! Thank you..I hope we can see some glimpes of their life together...what do you think? Gwen

I don't know about writing more. I think maybe I'm done with this particular couple, but I already have another story trying to write itself in my head, so we'll see what happens with that.

This was such a lovely story and I did enjoy it so much. I like to think of them happy together - too bad about their parents, but it's their loss. Sometimes our chosen family is the best!
