My friend was over today, and as usual, we just HAD to bake something. Today, we made Apple pastry cakes, which is really good to make if you want to cut down on sugar, but still have a sweet tooth. This recipe is for 12 nests. You will need:

I was making a malteser cake yesterday. Here's the recipe:
