Out of all the characters, she needed it most.

It makes me so sad that Juliet got the ending she did. Rewatching old episodes, it's so sad knowing how it all ends. That all she wants to do is help women give birth and then she gets trapped there and still can't help and then she loses everything and just...never gets to go home. SO SAD.
