Sometimes, I really regret having made your life and Cait and BJ's life harder by leaving. But then I remind myself that staying wouldn't really have meant staying. It would have meant me dying inside and NEVER being there for you. At least now I can be there for you sometimes. I hope you think it's a better option, too.

I'm glad you think you have a good life and family/friends. That's awesome. I'm also very glad you think of Audge as family. That means a lot to me, and I think it will mean a lot to her, too.

i think you leaving was for the best. i wasnt there for all of it, but i can tell that you and the whole family are alot closer now than when i first started coming around. chandra used to cry when she came home becuase she was so worried that you would be mad that she forgot or cup laying out(or some other mess), but now she jokes about how you need something to do anyways. lol. everyone in this house has their ups and downs, but in the end, i think everyone is happier than they would be if things were any different.

I have a few Ideas for a gift but Im not too sure.
Anyways, I think things are so much better now, I only wish we got to see you more often. Speaking of I need to know a week in advance about any of our trips so i can let Phil know, and I can get the days off. I love you tons,

oh hey, I was wondering. . .do you think I might be able to borrow the video camera over spring break? I have to do an video interview for one of my classes and I have no camera, and nobody I know here has one.

I might be able to borrow the teacher's, or see if there is a media room on campus that will lend one out, if not. But I was just throwing this out there as a "just in case", ya know?

thatd be fine, and it will give the kids and excuse to see you some time soon.

you might need to get a tape for it though, it hooks straight to a tv so that will be easy.

It really means alot to hear you say that I'm great. In the beginning, several years ago, I didn't really think you liked me at all. I would get nervous when you, Caitlin, and B.J. came to visit because I didn't want to mess up and give you all the wrong impression about me. I want you all to know that I care alot about you and think you all are great. If I could be your stepmom legally, I would. :)
