Wow some of these people are truly clueless, although I guess you also have to temper that with the fact a lot of them aren't mentally competent and just don't understand what's going on. The system truly fails a lot of individuals, but there are also people like you out there who work hard to make sure another doesn't slide through the cracks. I applaud you!

True. Some are challenged. But some truly are nnot. If the effort is put into positive things that is put into trying to find a way to scam the system think of the great things that could happen? Smile.

That's got to be difficult. I can't relate to that specifically, but I work with kids and have to interact with a lot of their parents (which means finding nice ways to tell them their kid was a brat and having to their inability to accept the fact that their little angel was anything other than an angel).

People can be really frustrating sometimes, but they certainly give us some interesting stories.

Today was one of those days! Everyone who called me or came in was someone who wasn't qualified for what they were asking for an just got nasty! I think the cold weather has caused people to sit and think about ways to drive me around the bend! Thanks for reading!
