Thanks for your comment! Yale and I are doing very well. He's settled in so nicely. It's as though we've been together longer than a bit over a month!

You must have an enormous amount of patience and the ability to distance yourself from the callers, even when they become abusive. I imagine some people truly don't understand the qualification criteria, and other fall into the "entitled" category. It must be galling when people try to have their pet dogs certified as service animals when they are nothing of the kind.

Most of the time I'm fine and just go through what I need to and usually I can weed out the "entitlement" and sometimes fraud. The fake service dog issue is one that I have a hard time controlling my anger and outright disgust that someone would do that. But whaddya gunna do? Thanks for reading!
