What it is: A low-key commentfic meme where everyone gets to post Dean/Castiel (or Jensen/Misha) prompts they'd like to see a commentfic about, and people comment back with ficlets fulfilling those wishes in the spirit of the holidays. A sort of un-Secret Santa, if you will (though I suppose

Cas decides he wants to celebrate Hanukkah, Dean is in favor of the "8 days, more presents" thing, and Sam just wants to hang a stocking.

Santa as monster of the week. For example, Castiel is insistent that Santa is a danger to humanity. Dean is incredulous. Santa attacks! Hijinks ensue!

Bonus points for references to overdecorated houses with a terrifying abundance of Christmas paraphernalia.

"Dude," Dean stares at Castiel, uncomprehendingly. "Santa... is evil?"

"Well, you know it's not the real Santa but-" Castiel starts.

"No. No Cas. We are not doing this. We are not going all Futurama now. I will not do this," Dean interrupts.

"I'm not quite sure I..." Dean shoves a cup of hot cocoa into Castiel's hands.

"Drink that. I'm going to drink some eggnog and we are not going to even breathe about an evil Santa until Sammy gets here tonight."

Heheheh, Dean is still trying to wish away the idea of killing the evil fat man who brings him presents. Of course, he should probably want to hunt him for never bringing him a present in the first place.

Castiel tells Dean (and possibly Sam, you know he'd be curious too) about the birth of Jesus; perhaps jokes about the immaculate conception ensue. Preferably set at some point during the Apocalypse (canon or made up).

Non-holiday themed:
Cas adopts a puppy/kitten on accident. Dean ends up taking care of it the most. Castiel gives it an angelic/Biblical name, but it only responds to the name Dean calls it.

Dean wakes to tiny claws kneading his face. He tries to shove his head further under the pillow but the damned cat seems to think he's playing and goes for an ear. He considers throwing the cat across the room, pictures a ball of grey, striped fluff turning cartwheels in the air before impacting against the wall with a muffled thud, but the last time he tried that the stupid thing came back for more

The cat followed Castiel home a couple of weeks ago and Dean had opened the door to find Cas and the cat starring up at him with identical lost expressions.

haha, oh god the number of times my own cat has woken me up that same way. i completely sympathize with dean. i loved cas giving him a srs bsns name that the cat totally ignores, lol. reminds me of mine :B
