Boxing Day shopping - Dean/Cas style.

Just a heads up that we don't have Boxing Day over here in America :) Which means Dean and Cas probably wouldn't celebrate it. (Well, Cas, maybe, lol).

If you want to alter this to deal with shopping specifically, you could change it to a general shopping prompt or a Black Friday prompt.

Truth is, Dean has enjoyed Christmas much more since he came back from Hell than before. Which he sorta figured because anything is better than Hell, but he's got Sammy and Bobby and Cas is around watching out for him a lot and it's nice

Part Two (I still don't believe it.)

It's horrifying, but Dean feels every inch of his face start to burn. A dry, nervous laugh works its way out of his throat, and he desperately tries to replace this isn't how I imagined kissing him with this isn't how I imagined spending Christmas in his mind. "Dude, if you wanted to kiss me, you just had to say something."

"Dean," Castiel says, and the rough sound of his voice drags Dean's eyes to meet Cas'. "I want you to kiss me."

Swallowing hard, Dean says, "Okay" like he needs to get the last word and he doesn't, but it helps him stop thinking about how this feels like something to him. The plant tightens around his ribs, a little reminder that for Cas this is probably just to avoid a slow and painful death. It almost makes what’s about to happen easier to face, but not really. Dean shifts towards the angel, using his free arm to gently grab his jaw, and then he's pressing his lips against Castiel's

Should one warn for 5.04verse? :EThere was not a soul around. Cas was filling buckets with ice, stacking them thick, hands red. When he stood up Dean could see the colour in his face. The flushed tip of his nose. Cas had cut himself shaving after a month. The snow had come in the night and scrubbed him clean. He had a nod for Dean, the faraway look that meant he'd dreamt of silver cities, of altitudes. Dean packed his fist with snow, lobbed hard. Cas dropped the bucket with a soft thump, fell on his ass. Dean was on him before he could pick himself back up. Dean rubbed snow in his hair, watched him spit out melted snow. Everything was white. There wasn't a soul around, and Cas pushed his face against Dean's dick. Dean was hard in his jeans already. Felt Cas's mouth right through, so hot. There wasn't a soul in the place and Dean's eyes shut on white noise. Then he was wrapped in cold air and had a snowball to the chest. 'Son of a bitch,' said Dean. Cas laughed. Dean cooks Christmas dinner wearing a "Kiss the Cook" apron and Cas thinks that is a rule and kisses Dean. Bonus points if Sam and Cas talk about the kiss and Sam convinces Cas to kiss Dean again.

Castiel leaves a stunned looking Dean in the kitchen. He bumps into Sam and Bobby in the dining room, both which have a similar look on their faces.

"Is something the matter?" Castiel asks.

Bobby just snorts. Sam seems to shake himself out of his trance and stumbles over an answer. "Castiel, w-why did you just kiss Dean?" He asks.

"Isn't is customary? His clothing seems to demand it of us." Cas tilts his head and glances back into the kitchen.

"No-" Bobby begins to explain, but Sam interrupts. "Of course! I was just surprised. I mean, Dean's not even done cooking yet."

"So it only counts after I receive the food?"

Bobby glares at Sam but Sam ignores it. A smile is fighting at the corners of Bobby's mouth, anyway. "Yeah. So you'll just have to try again later."
