A Bench in the Park, Thursday Evening
Look, Stephanie was used to having plans that went off the rails repeatedly and in spectacular fashion. She was used to rolling with it when that happened, too.
It was just that normally, the plans that went awry were more complicated and dangerous than going to J,GoB for a muffin, sitting down on a bench to enjoy it, and then not being able to get up again.
Seriously. She'd been stuck here for half an hour now and couldn't even figure out why.
