Look, Stephanie was used to having plans that went off the rails repeatedly and in spectacular fashion. She was used to rolling with it when that happened, too

Raven just happened to be walking through the park that evening, as one does. She'd been out of tea, so she'd decided to go to the Perk for a cup.
She heard Stephanie's outburst and hurried towards the sound of her voice, stopping short when she saw she was apparently unharmed. "Is something wrong?" she asked, confused.
"Raven?" Stephanie wrapped both hands around the edge of the seat and tried to give herself a good hard shove away to no avail. The stupid bench didn't even budge, but she was pretty sure she'd heard her pants rip.
Greeeeeeeeeeat.
"Oh god, I know this sounds stupid, but . . . I can't seem to get up."
"Are your legs injured?" Raven said, immediately concerned. She set down her cup of tea and sat down on the bench next to Stephanie, reaching down to put one hand on her leg to see if she could determine what the problem was.
"They're just fine," Stephanie assured her, kicking both legs up to prove that yes, she could move them. She wiggled her toes, too, but that didn't show through her shoes. Points for effort, though?
"I mean, aside from the pesky minor detail where me and this bench have spent so much quality time together that it really should've bought me dinner first, I'm juuuuuuuuuuuuust peachy."
Oh, it was the guy who'd been talking to the flowerpots that one time! Not that Stephanie was going to comment on that, since she'd been in costume at the time, so la la la.
"Present and accounted for," she said, waving a hand grumpily, "except my ID's in my wallet, which is in my back pocket, which is a little stuck right now."

"Pardon me, young ladies," K said as he pulled out his clipboard. "I am looking for one Miss Stephanie Brown and a... Miss Raven."
