I sometimes wonder what good I can manage to do in this clinic when the other employees have unnatural healing abilities.

It is a shame that such powers are relegated to physical ailments.

Despite the so-called purpose of this world, it does seem to give off a strong sense of hopelessness.

It is only a matter of time before my soul grows weary once more. A momentary inspiration and glimmer of hope only lasts for so long, after all.

One need not look at a calendar to tell that winter is fast approaching. It would seem that this basement lacks any sort of insulation. This might be a final sign that I ought to be moving upwards shortly.

To be working at a clinic is an interesting experience. Hardly the sort of work I have been doing for so many years, but work nonetheless. As well, not exactly my field; however, the qualifications are still there.

As they say, one thing at a time. There must be a reason for all of this, after all.
