An interesting look at how Bruce and Dick's perspective on luck collide - and a circular argument that could probably last all the way back to the Manor and beyond! Hopefully then Alfred can bang their heads together a little and they might be able to move from the stalemate.

I love the genre label of "interpersonal dynamics" - very fitting for this sort of fic when something like "drama" is just too vague.

They're certainly going to clash over ideals many times over the years, though this is one where I'm more on Bruce's side. They can't rely on luck! I like Dick's enthusiasm for coming out on top, and Bruce's insistance that that isn't enough. It's like Dick understands it's luck, but not the consequences of it.
