We're in Virginia right now, but my family needs to start heading back to NYC.

For whimsy's sake, I'm thinking about dragging them all to the Rennaisance Festival in Crownsville (near Annapolis), Maryland, but you'd think that was the wildest eccentricity the way they've received that idea. Anyone recommend or unrecommend Renn Faire in MD?
