I think the paperback of "I Am what I Am" has the extra chapter! I am not sure though!

Mine doesn't have anything on Desperate Housewives, and La Cage is only mentioned in passing a couple times.

Yeah John and Carole did add the extra chapter to the paperback version containing stories on John's time on La Cage and Desperate Housewives in the paperback version of I Am What I Am. When the hard back version came out John was still in the midst of filming Desperate Housewives, I think.

I didn't know there was an ebook on I Am What I Am Out?! Is it read by John?

I got the ebook from bookdepository.com before their electronic sales were limited to within the UK. It's not read by anyone, it's just an .epub file. There is nothing on Desperate Housewives.

I have the Kindle edition and it's the same as your ebook, no additional chapter.
