Ebook and paperback

I'd like to clarify, is the ebook of I Am What I Am different from the paperback? I think I bought the wrong version because I can't find the extra chapter. There are only 10 table talks in my version, whereas the paperback seems to have 11. I'm very curious about the extra chapter on La Cage and Desperate Housewives. Do you think it's worth buying another copy?
