I've been granted advancement within the Scopas Gildscipe (Bards' Guild) of the Geférrǽden Fyrnsidu (GFS) from the grade of Maðelere to that of Scop.

Thank you, Michael! I can be a harsh critic of my own work and abilities, but I relent and concede that yes, this is an achievement. I look forward to the challenges and to the opportunity to "stretch" myself that having attained the grade of scop presents.

Participation in the Bards' Guild has truly helped me find my place in Heathenry, I believe. The Guild is very important to me, and I'm grateful for it.
