I would also slip a note under their door to make sure they understand why they were being stomped, that you could hear them so very clearly at such a ridiculously late hour.

On closer reading, they know exactly why they are being stomped. Perhaps management needs to remind them that they need to be quiet enough that you can't hear them.

Because if I am trying hard enough to get them to settle down as a parent, you would hear me yelling louder than anything else, and that is the LAST thing you would hear that night.
