You know, the actual "writing" part.

So I've done a little figuring. I want Nuns to have a first draft around 80K words (though I suspect it will be shorter; I always write short and add later).



5000 / 80000 words. 6% done

That looks like a very achievable time frame to me.

It looks good on paper, but if I succeed, it will be far and away the fastest I've ever written a novel.
