To be fair, a lot, and I mean a LOT of people think Tatiana is just the Russian version of Titania -- if you Google it in conjunction with "fairy" you'll see so many effing websites of people spouting off that it means "fairy queen."

Which is so does not. But, again, you would expect a competent copyeditor to know that.

Exactly. The author, however incompetent she is, is marginally forgivable--heck, it could be an honest typo.

If it were the only c/e error, I might even forgive the c/e. But in context it's just one more failure on the pile.

Be grateful. I've seen Tatania, which is a cobbled-together abortion of both.
