Sounds like a great show! Julien-K!! =D Hmm, do they have an album out yet? I thought from their demo stuff that they reminded me very much of 80's-ish, kinda Duran-ish.

I don't think they have an album out yet, which is a shame. They had a good set. It's more like heavier sounding Depeche Mode with better samples at least to me, definite Orgy strands in there but not as metal sounding.

Sounds like a fantastic day! Is Ville still doing the modified pirate look (with goatee) - I happen to think he looks totally yummy in it - and how were the new songs? Aw, happy band that 'plays' together. *coughs* ;)

No modified pirate look anymore for Ville! All clean shaven (and just when I had finally gotten used to it too) now.

I liked the new songs. Still a little 'Dark Light' in there, but also more of a 'Love Metal' sound back there too. His voice is still in prime shape, love that.

His exact comment was, "We have one more song to do....then we're going to go relax, maybe read a book, have drink or have a circle jerk....you know, to relieve the pressure, to relieve the tension. It's a good thing to do." :) And people wonder why I love love love this man.
