I'm glad your dad is doing better too. I don't blame him for having cabin fever--I'd be going stir crazy too!
Don't worry about finding time to write--that will come naturally, don't force it. I know about eating right too--I'm not the best at it either, but is there a way you can make pasta and a salad some nights? It's a start. :)
Don't worry about posting so much either...once a week or even every 10 days is fine (look at my blog, heh)--we just want to know you're out there!
Aww, hun, sorry to hear about your dad :( I know how you feel tho, my dad had a triple-bypass a couple of years ago.. they seem to get agitated so quickly, but I'm sure he'll be in fighting form soon :D
