I fell off the face of the world.

It has been a challenging and stressful start to my year to say the least.
Work is a lot of it- too many hours, not enough time off and damn sure not any promotions so there ya go.
My Dad had bypass surgery last week and is still in hospital, though doing very much better. I go to see him for a while every day. If he could stop getting so irritated by little things, his heart rate would go down. They have him on stuff now. Plus all that nervous energy he can't really go anywhere so he's suffering with cabin fever.
So I am getting stress from both sides, I am always tired and there you go. I never eat right either. That's quite a bit of it too.
I can't even find time to write either. It's been that kind of year so far.
Thankfully it can only get better from here.
So I apologize now to my online friends for not being around. I can't promise I'll be posting every day from now on, but at least 3 times a week from now on.
dazzababe: thanks for the heads up and call last night. It was a nice surprise. :)
