Came to the hill early to get a jump on work, only to find that my dear Victrola isn't yet open (though their website and door both say they should be). I'd pretty much already decided last night that I'd be defecting to Caffe Ladro this morning anyway (Victrola doesn't offer wireless on weekends), so no worries-early bird worm getting and all that

No wireless on weekends? Is that to keep people from camping out when they are busy?

Yup. It got national coverage when they implemented it; just Google "victrola coffee" and you can see it.

Interesting. The coffee has to be good if it is that alone that keeps them thriving!

oh no! poor iphone. i finally have mine up and running and i love it! i would be pretty sad if something happened to mine. did they just give you a new one? that is awesome. i love apple.

All it took was a trip to the Genius Bar at the U Village Apple Store! I was sad, but thankfully not for long.
