I finally had a dream about Freddie Krueger while wearing my Freddie shirt I sometimes sleep in. But it wasn't a nightmare... for meThe first part of the dream was about a little girl Freddie was preying on. At one point, she hid under the bed to get away from him. He's laying on top of the bed, talking to her, tormenting her. Her mom opens the ( Read more... )

The odd part? I'm absolutely terrified of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies. I have trouble watching most horror movies, but Freddie just plain creeps me the fuck out. The only reason I sleep in a tee with him on it is because my fucked up logic has concluded that wearing a Freddie shirt will prevent nightmares. It has actually worked.

And, while I'm generally scared as hell by Freddie, this dream didn't disturb me at all. I really wanted to keep "watching" it. I don't know why. O_o I think it's because part of my brain suggested there was going to be an epic Nite Owl II and Rorschach vs Freddie fight. On top of a train. XD Seriously. First thought that crossed my mind upon waking.

oh god no this movie freaked me out so much. D8
I know I don't do well with horror movies, and yet I still watch them. WHY. DDD8
obvs I am stupid.

But anyway. I wish my dreams had coherent storylines like that. I've only had a few like that in my life. But they were AWESOME.

Oh I understand completely. Freddie creeps me out more than any other horror movie baddie. I can't even watch the entire trailer for the remake without freaking. D:

And this was one of the few times I've had a semi-coherent dream. Most of my dreams are just jumbles of random events with no rhyme or reason.

I had trouble going to sleep, ngl. And I saw it for the first time... like, last month. XD

But it's so cool when it happens! 8D
