Friday night me and tiffany and dru went to TN and saw a DCI competition. Carolina Crown didnt come in last place!!! And teh cavaliers won of course. The trumpet people played both a trumpet and a flugal horn....AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!!!!! Before the comp when we were just arriving on the campus, a busload of shirtless cavaliers were there. Well, I played with the NC symph again today, and boy howdy it was loud!! 120 of us on one stage!!!!

Dru came up to visit and stayed the last couple of days with me which was really cool! and tonight went and watched charlie which is such a crazy funny movie.

I'm home now. i'm sad.

Today was break day. We went to price park and swam in the rain. Then it got really cold. So me and tiffany hike back to where the bus was because the first bus back to boone was leaving at 4:30. Well, my first week at app is coming to a close. I'm second overall here, which means i'm in every major enemble here, plus brass quintet, plus i get to perform in the honors recital on this kick ass hard piece!!!
