The Good Villain

Who is your favorite villain from a television series?

I ask because there's been a perceptible trend in TV towards rehabilitating villains, recycling them after a mindwipe, or making them partly sympathetic.

Generally the ones that are so thoroughly evil and yet awesome that they're fun to have onscreen/in the scene, but that still make me cheer when they're defeated.

And Ba'al. 'Cause he's just awesome.

It's not necessarily tv but I though Prince Nuada was an interesting villian.
