I really like all of these. It's a fun idea.

Picturing Tony as a high profile business man in sunglasses and an expensive tailored suit greeting Gibbs as his bodyguard. It could be a really interesting AU that would still play in very well to the essence of both of their characters.

It's actually a very interesting idea - especially as it's kinda easy to add a plot with exactly why Tony needs a bodyguard. Someone out to get him - that'd be fun :) Got any ideas to share with me to get me going? *g*

piwrit_queen and I are writing something so similar it's eerie. *laughs* She needs to come online RIGHT NOW so I can tell her there's a hive mind thing going on!

Our concept started on two 'what if?'s:
What if Gibbs hadn't joined NCIS after Shannon and Kelly died, and gone into bodyguard/personal security work instead?
What if Tony had followed in his father's footsteps and become a semi-ruthless businessman, who was then forced by the Board of Directors to hire security when he hit his thirties?
And kind of spiraled from there.
I'd love to see what you'd do with whatever concept you had in mind. It's not a big deal to me, though if we do decide to post what we've done, I may add a disclaimer that our concepts were conceived independently to make sure we're not stepping on your toes :)

But that sounds good - even if we have the same general idea, fics always turn out so very differently in the hands of different authors :)

The Fluff one is really sweet, as is the First Time. And I dig your choice of crossover. Jane would be that abrupt, cut right to the chase, as it were. Nicely done. :)
I salute you, bananacosmic! I recently tried my hand at a few five-words-only descriptions for The West Wing and The X-Files, and it's a big challenge. It's also incredibly addictive. Once I did a few, I kept wanting to try more of them. You never know, you may find it nudging your muse more than you think. I hope so!
Happy Creativity! :)

I had some trouble with the crossover one - then it hit me, because Jane really would ^^ Gotta get it in there in ten words...
Thank you *hugs* It seems I'm jogging other people's creativity on what they think I should be writing, anyway *g* And yes, they are addictive. It's a fun challenge ^^

*sing-songy voice* You started it! You wrote the thing that put it in MY head.
;)
That crossover one is spot-on. Gotta love it when it finally comes to you after a mental struggle.
You should try some of the five-word ones! Maybe it will jog something for you. The place where I did mine for The West Wing said it could be five words capturing anything -- a character, a scene, an episode, a moment, a pairing, whatever you want.
*ponders this for NCIS and its characters* Hmmmmmmmm....
5 words for Ducky:
"I've got just the story!"
Heh.
5 words for Tony, "Missing":
Gibbs' anchoring voice through darkness.
I don't know! It's the best I can do in five minutes. LOL. *nudge nudge* Your turn.
*hugs* You'll write when your mind is ready, when something sparks your interest. :)
